Teacher Resource Packs

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Outside of pre-sale order periods, please allow up to 4 weeks turnaround from date of purchase to receive your pack.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which usually takes between 2 to 5 business days.

Domestic shipping rates and  estimates

We offer $10 flat rate shipping to all areas across Australia using Sendle 

Domestic delivery (Australia wide) is an estimated 2-5 business days.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $100

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will received an email shipping confirmation from Deadly Ed, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@deadlyed.com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you

Refunds, returns & exchanges

We accept returns, refunds & exchanges if your order arrives damaged in any way, or any items are faulty.

Please email us as soon as possible with your order number, description, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work together towards a satisfactory solution.
